We will have to contact the bank to correct the name, but this will not be until Tuesday, when the banks reopen, we will then repost the details for you.

How to sign up as a “Follower” of the Parish Website

Several people have been asking about how to sign up to “Follow” the website and get notifications by email of new posts as they happen.  During lock down, we are getting hundreds of people visiting the website on weekdays and thousands on Sundays – but we have only around 100 “Followers”.

To make it easy to sign up, a ‘sign up box’ has been added to three of the most frequently accessed website pages:

  • The Welcome page
  • The Live Streaming Page
  • The old Newsletter page

Or – you can sign up from here

Enter your email address to subscribe to this blog and receive notifications of new posts by email.

Just enter your email address  into the box and click the “Follow” button.  You will get a message on screen saying that an email has been sent to your inbox.  You need to go to your inbox, open the message and click on the “Confirm Subscription” button.  You are now signed up and will get a message from WordPress.com confirming your subscription details.  You don’t need to take any further action – other than to wait for your first notification.

If are not so comfortable with technology but want to sign up, please click here and you will be taken to a Help Document that includes detailed instructions of how to sign up from the ‘Welcome’ page, with lots of pictures, to help you understand what you should do and what you will see on screen.

If you have difficulties with the setting up process, you can contact us for help by using the Contact Form on the ‘Contact Us’ page.  Please, be patient until we can get back to you.  Please don’t forget to include your preferred phone number and email address.
